Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (UDFJC) is an autonomous public education institution. As a university of the Capital District of Bogotá, Colombia, in fulfilling its mission, UDFJC provides services through ten campuses in different locations of Bogotá, interconnected via ICT with an estimated population of 27.000 undergraduate and postgraduate students (87,2% undergraduate degrees, 6,1% postgraduate diplomas, 5,2% master’s degrees and 1% doctoral studies). Additionally, it encompasses different knowledge areas through five faculties, namely: Engineering, Science and Education, Environment and Natural Resources, ASAB Arts and Technology From 1958 to 2016, UDFJC has graduated 58.626 students at the technological and professional level and 14.892 students in postgraduate areas. UDFJC is in charge of coordinating the project’s general management.
Corporación Universitaria UNITEC was founded in 1978 in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. It has evolved gradually and grown through an offer of undergraduate programs and 25 postgraduate programs, 6 in fields of arts and communication, business and administration, and engineering. Currently it has 3.500 students, 240 professors, 180 employees and 16.000 alumni. Since 1987, Unitec has developed several social responsibility projects and has promoted international integration with local communities in Bogotá It makes donations of food, furniture and equipment; it offers training courses to teachers of parents and staff; it grants enrollment discounts to socially responsible students; it fosters a volunteering initiative focused on building capacities in marginalized areas and conducts activities for community development. The institution and particularly the Coordination of Graduates, follows future graduates through the completion of a survey of the Ministry of National Education’s Labor Observatory. Universidad de Antioquia (UdeA) was founded in 1803 in the city of Medellín, Colombia. This is the oldest public education institution in Colombia, and the second largest one, with more than 39.000 undergraduate and postgraduate students, 25 academic units, 91 undergraduate programs, 54 master programs and 25 doctoral programs. The main campus is located in the scientific and technological district of Medellín, capital of the department of Antioquia, well-known as a model of culture, education and urban development in Latin America. Universidad de Antioquia is considered one of the most important in the history and society of Antioquia, recognized as a cultural and academic center in the region during the last two centuries. Currently it has 11 campuses across Antioquia and some of its buildings are considered cultural assets of the department and the country.
Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (Mexico) is a main pillar of higher education and scientific research in the region, and holds a prominent place among public universities in this country thanks to the joint effort of all members of the institution. The university offers high quality teaching and a wide range of graduate courses and programs. It also conducts cutting-edge research in several academic domains. The university has four main campuses. The main buildings of the university are grouped in the city down town and include offices and administrative units, libraries, teaching spaces for education and humanities programs as well as several specialized libraries. The second campus, dedicated to health sciences, offers bachelor’s degrees and postgraduate studies in medicine, odontology and nursing. BUAP has 63.000 undergraduate and 3.800 postgraduate enrolments approximately. It offers 84 undergraduate programs, 11 postgraduate diplomas, 22 doctoral and 47 masters degrees. It also offers an Institutional Program for Graduates Follow-up which is presented as a strategy of self-knowledge which conducts follow-up of university graduates, contributing to feedback the educative process and the evaluation of job performance of graduates, thus obtaining timely, relevant and reliable information to enrich their main activities.

Instituto Profesional de Providencia is an educative institution whose mission is to train people through an innovative educative model of excellence, focused on effective education alternatives for the working life, with emphasis on services related to information technologies. Its main focus is the education through virtual modalities and with four campuses and centers of student services throughout Chile. It has three schools of business, humanities and health.
Universidad César Vallejo was established 25 years ago in the city of Trujillo in the northern region of Peru. Since then it has grown and expanded, not only in terms of facilities and campuses but in the number of enrolled students and undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered. As of 2017, UCV had 11 campuses, all of them located in strategic cities in the northern region of Peru. These are located in the following cities: Piura, Chiclayo, Trujillo, Chimbote, Huaraz, Tarapoto, Moyobamba, and other four ones located in the business districts of Lima (Los Olivos, San Juan de Luriganco, Ate and Callao). UCV has near 120.000 students. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs such as medicine, law, different engineering specialties, physiology, marketing and international management, among others. Also, according to UCV philosophy, academic fees are made as affordable as possible to the youngest business population of Peru. Therefore, UCV is considered one of the largest universities of Peru.
Universidad Continental was created in the city of Huancayo, Peru, on June 30, 1998, as a private institution. Corporación Educativa Continental, promoter of Universidad Continental, in compliance with legal provisions and rules established by Decree 26439 and by the National Council for the Authorization of Operation of Universities (CONAFU) introduced the university project rationale, mission and institutional commitment. The university started academic work of social projection, research and university extension. After nearly four years, it carried out its adaptation to the Law of Promotion of Investment in Education, Decree Law 882; and CONAFU, in compliance with Article 13 of its General Ruling, issued Resolution 176 of 2002 by CONAFU authorizing adaptation to Decree Law 882ASDFASFAF. Universidad Continental currently offers an average of 35 undergraduate programs with an average of 22.000 students per academic period. It has 4.600 graduates and an employability rate of 82%. A Job Opportunity Office conducts activities of employability in the university. Activities conducted by this office include: Employability workshops, soft skills workshops, online employment pool, face-to-face and virtual job fairs, job interview simulator, and a graduate follow-up system. The graduate follow-up system works under the methodology of Asociación Columbus and Red Gradua2.
Universidade do Porto, U.Porto founded in Portugal in 1911, is currently one of the main institutions of higher education and research with approximately 30.066 students, 2.300 scholars and researchers and 1.500 administrative staff. This is the PT HEI best positioned in the national and international ranking: Times Higher Education 2016 (401-500); ARWU 2016 (301 - 400); QS 2016/17 (323); Leiden 2016 (149); NTU 2016 (254); URAP 2016 (187) y SCImago 2016 (173). It has 14 faculties, 1 business school and 35 research units located in three campuses in Oporto. U.Porto is the main science producer in Portugal, it is in charge of 23% of scientific articles produced in the country (annual growth rate of 9% since 2010). Provision of high quality education is of the utmost importance for U.Porto. U.Porto has also a strong commitment with society and has consolidated its social responsibility through the promotion of volunteering projects; and the intensification of interaction with several local and regional civil associations in the organization of cultural, social and artistic activities. The internationalization is one of the pillars and strategic objectives of U.Porto contributing to the development of existing collaborations, as well as the establishment of innovative activities of cooperation through the creation of active links with institutions around the world (2.200 active agreements).
Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, ULPGC, is an institution committed to quality, efficiency and modernity. It has more than 20 centers, 42 bachelor’s degrees, 18 postgraduate official programs; 5 online qualifications and 45 ULPGC professors and programs of university experts and three special training programs. Research activities reflect the multidisciplinary nature of our 36 departments: 12 engineering and architecture plans, 11 science and health science plans, 6 social and legal science plans, and 7 art and humanities plans. ULPGC research include cutting-edge projects on topics as diverse as oceanography, ocean sciences, aquaculture, computer robotics, nutrition, oncology, CCI, renewable energies, transport economy, business organization, urban planning and translation, among others. ULPGC also holds an UNESCO lecture on planning and local development of the health system. Besides the ULPGC is involved in several TEMPUS projects; since 2012, ULPGC is the coordinator of Erasmus Mundus Action 2: CANEM. In 2013, ULPGC also started coordinating Erasmus Mundus Action 2: CANEM II and the UNetBA project. In the same year, ULPGC became a partner of Erasmus Mundus Action 2: TIMUR and IMPAKT projects in the following year. In 2014, ULPGC was awarded the MODCLIM Project of Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnership “Strategic Association for the Development of Training Workshops and Modeling Clinic for Industrial Mathematics”. In 2015, in the same call of the Erasmus + KA2 Strategic Partnerships, ULPG was awarded the UNICAH project. In the same year, as part of the High Education Training Erasmus + KA2 call, the institution was awarded three additional projects: ReVET, MIND and PONCHO for South Asia, Central Asia and Latin America respectively. In 2016, ULPGC was awarded the INSTART project for the Magreb region. Additionally, since 2012, ULPGC has managed the project fund of FEDER and Spanish Cooperation in the health domain for Senegal, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
Universita' Degli Studi Di Siena founded in 1240, is one of the oldest ones in Italy. It offers more than 36 first-cycle programs; 30 second cycle degree programs; 5 long term degree programs regulated by the European Union; 6 master courses and 12 doctorate research programs held in English. Since the beginning of the nineties, it has signed several agreements of international cooperation with universities in North America, Australia, Latin America, the Mediterranean and the Far East. The university has been involved in European programs of mobility such as LLP/Erasmus, Tempus, Erasmus Mundus, Leonardo da Vinci and thematic networks. It is a member of international networks such as the Coimbra Group, the EUA and the IRUN. In recent years it has participated in the fourth Consortium in the framework of Erasmus Mundus/Action 2 by managing mobility with South Africa, the Russian Federation and the Magreb countries. The university coordinates the regional center for the Mediterranean area of the Global UN SD SN. Led by economist Jeffrey D. Sachs from University of Columbia, SD SN is a global network of different independent entities (governments, institutions, research centers, universities, companies, civil society, etc.). Aimed at identifying and promoting solutions to sustainable development problems, it has been fundamental to the drafting of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) recently approved by the General Assembly.
Université de Bordeaux, UB, is a multidisciplinary university that has some 45.000 students and 5.630 professors, as the result of a merging process between three high profile HEIs: Bordeaux 1, Bordeaux 2 (health and life sciences included social sciences) and Bordeaux 4 (law, economics, management). In the last 15 years, UBx contributed actively to the strengthening of European areas of higher education and research, hosting more than 6.220 foreign students and developing a wide network of more than 200 partners. UBx has also developed a solid experience in the development of joint curricula in the frame of European programs, particularly within the frame of Erasmus Mundus. UBx participates in 9 EM joint programs at the levels of masters and doctorates (included the fifth one as coordinator) and participates regularly in networks of support to the internationalization of studies that consider the exchange of good practices (EUA-CDE, JOMAN and JOI.CON). UBx also coordinates an Erasmus Mundus Action 3 project about the same topic, EM-IDEA. Since 2007, UBx is an active partner in several Erasmus Mundus Action 2 projects, particularly Lot 1 GreenIT (North Africa), Lot 2 FFEEBB Egypt, Lot 5 MID (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldavia, Belorussia), Lot 6/7 BMU (Belorussia, Moldavia, Ukraine), Lot 8 (Irak, Iran, Yemen); Lot 12/13 EMMA (Asia); Lot 17 Chile, Lot 18 BAPE (Bolivia, Argentina, Peru) and Lot 20 Central America. UBx has also coordinated 6 Tempus projects during the last decade (especially with countries of the Southern Mediterranean). The university has developed experience and many tools in management of this large project for non EU countries. As a result, UBx has a deep knowledge of validation mechanisms and a sound experience addressing student and staff mobility and guidelines preparation for quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation and quality evaluation.
ILUMNO was founded in year 2005, under the name of Whitney International University System and in 2012 adopted the name of Ilumno Servicios de Colombia SAS with a firm belief that all students worldwide deserve the access to quality superior education. Through meaningful investment and benefits of scalability, ILUMNO raises the level and success of academic quality to improve the whole educative experience of students, professors and the entire educative community.
